My feeling is we do need to do a manual check on users signing up and then on their first few posts, and when they have proven themselves, transfer them to a "trusted" list where there's no further checking. Microsoft can analyze dangerous emails to determine why those messages made it past your spam filters.
Thanks for the review and support (sorry for the late reply). And by definition we'll always be one step behind. Web Filter for Chrome extension enables safe web filtering and Google safe search in Chrome. The problem with spam is it's an arms race.
